About us

Meet The Team

We pride ourselves on being highly qualified experts in our industry, offering years of experience, impeccable standards and undergoing regular training to keep up to date with new treatments and products.

Our Therapists are passionate about what they do and truly love their jobs. Our philosophy is to provide treatments and customer care to every client both men and women to the highest standard.

Owner and Beauty & Holistic Therapist

I began my career as a Beauty Therapist 26 years ago. I worked for a highly renowned salon in Ashby for 9 years before taking the leap and opening Alexandra Therapy Centre,   Although I love running the salon, my passion is performing the treatments. I love catching up with my clients on a one to one basis and immersing myself into giving them the  best treatment they deserve. I love doing all treatments but Reflexology and Facials are my passion.

Beauty Therapist & Lash Pro

Sarah joined the salon in 2010 and is very popular/busy with her regular clientele.  She joined us after qualifying at Stephenson college, with no experience and very shy, Sarah has flourished into being a reliable, passionate and very professional person and therapist who I am proud to work alongside. She is highly skilled in Eyelash Extensions, HD Brows and all aspects of Massage.

Front of House

Christine is my (Natasha) mummy and has been on the Reception since the Salon opened in 2003. Although she could of retired years ago (not that I would let her) she loves chatting to our clients and making sure they are booked in for their treatments. Customer service as her number one priority, she never switches off from her role, even on a Sunday she’ll text me about  something that needs doing at the salon.

Beauty Therapist

Yvonne has been with us since 2014 after leaving a very well known day spa. She is also greatly popular with our clients and has a long list of regular clients. She has a passion for Make up and specialises in Lava Shell Massage,  HD Brows and Reflexology. When Yvonne greets you it is always with a smile, she has a natural way of making everyone feel at ease and welcome, ( she has a heart of gold).

Beauty Therapist

Scarlet has been working at the salon since 2019. Whilst on Maternity leave from a local dentist she decided to have a change of career and retrain as a beauty therapist. Scarlet had been a client of mine (Natasha) for many years so I was so excited when she told me and I think I offered her a job there and then in the treatment room…. Scarlet will qualify as a Level 3 therapist this July, unfortunately it should of been April this year but with everything that’s happened and the college being closed her course has been postponed. She is so passionate about the beauty industry it is lovely to see and she has brought with her a huge amount of knowledge, testing us all the time on the names of the bones and the endocrine system!!

Beauty Therapist

Georgia joined the team in February 2020 after leaving a hotel spa. Unfortunately it’s been as straight forward as we hoped when Georgia joined us, after only being with us 6 weeks the salon closed due to the Corona Virus, we reopened for a few months before closing again. Georgia announced some great news last October that she was expecting and is now on Maternity level. We are all waiting for the phone call and can’t wait for her arrival. We hope that when Georgia returns it will be a smooth run!! She is amazing at Massage, that’s where her passion is and she recently trained in Elemis Facials.

Saturday Receptionist

Ellie is our Saturday receptionist, (and is Natasha’s niece and Christine’s granddaughter) she has just completed her GCSE’s, and will start her  A levels in August.  Ellie loves watching movies especially, Marvel films and her phone/Apple watch is never far away from her. She loves to shop and loves everything that’s expensive (no idea where she get’s that from).
