Covid 19 update
*Please ensure you have no symptoms of Covid 19 outlined by the Government and the NHS
*Limit the items you bring – please don’t bring with you unnecessary personal items, shopping bags, scarfs
*Wearing a Facemask – please bring with you a mask or face covering this is compulsory in the salon
* Please arrive on time for your appointment. A member of our team will greet you at the reception door as our door will be locked, you may be asked to briefly wait outside, should numbers inside be at the capacity
*Please come to your appointment alone unless someone with you is also having a treatment
Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can complete all Covid safe procedures (temperature check and Sanitise your hands )
Late Cancellation Fee- Please notify us if you are running late as soon as possible. We do reserve the right to charge for any missed or late canceled appointments.
Consultation Forms- If this is your initial appointment or you’ve not had the treatment before a consultation form will be sent to you by email please is required to be completed.
Patch Testing- Our lash and brow treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be notified of this at the time of booking and if you fail to attend your patch test we will be unable to proceed with your treatment. You will still be charged for your appointment as the time can not be filled at such short notice.
Mobile Phones- We respectfully request that all mobile phones are switched off during your visit, this is so that all our clients can relax and unwind.
Children- For the respect of all our clients, awe are unable to have children under the age of 10 years old in the salon.
Student Discount- Full time students receive 15% discount on all full price treatments
Retail- All our product ranges are available for purchase. This includes face, body, sun care, make-up, nail care and self-tanning products, as well as special seasonal promotions and gift sets.
